This wine comes from two small vineyards planted over 80 years ago on the slopes of the Serra de São Mamede. The principal grape varieties are Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Grand Noir. Soils of granite and schist at an altitude of 700 metres form an ideal terroir for this wine which combines balance, structure and finesse
