I believe that in the right terroir any grape variety can produce excellent wines.
Old and good vines fascinate me; they are true classics waiting for contemporary interpretation.
And a modern approach to vineyards creating a sound future.

A faultless technique in the winery

For me the ideal concept would be organic grapes in an
up-to-date technological winery. Even with artistic creativity, we cannot ignore the technical component in the work of a winemaker, because if we are constantly making mistakes we can never enjoy the true essence of the wine. The quality is never jeopardised: that is a given in modern winemaking.

Global experience, local dedication

I believe that the greater the experience a winemaker
has outside the lands he knows, the greater his capacity to confront new situations. I love the opportunity of making
wine in Argentina, which has the best consultants in the world.
I began by being fascinated with the style of the New World
but in the last years have returned to my origins.
